All staff Members in this department are well qualified and specialized in several fields like Heat Power Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Combustion Engineering, Metallurgical engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering and Production Engineering.
To provide development opportunities by enriching skills that enhances knowledge to Mechanical Engineers in building a national reputation for excellence and innovation to meet industry requirements with environmental concern, societal and ethical values.
To develop professional and enterprising diploma with 21st century skills using modern Engineering and e-learning tools necessary for the needs of local, regional and international challenges and contribute to the Nation’s industrial development.
Mechanical Engineering Department has got the following Well-established Laboratories with modern equipments and machineries with adequate software packages as per Department of Technical Education (DOTE) norms.
